Living Free Physiotherapy offers a mobile clinic, where you/your pet can receive the most caring treatment from the comfort of your own home/yard. This is often the most efficient way of keeping yourself and your pet(s) relaxed.

 

The Living Free approach is never 'one-size fits all'. Instead, Emily tailors each programme to meet your individual needs and goals.

WHAT'S THE POINT?

The aims of physiotherapy may be to: 

 

  • Adapt postures (such as sitting or standing)

  • Adapt gait (walking) habits

  • Improve symmetry of left:right

  • Increase range of motion in restricted areas 

  • Increase strength & stability

  • Reduce pain

  • Reduce the risk of injuries

  • Prevent or delay the need for invasive input (e.g. surgery, injections)
