QUESTIONS
How do I know if my pet needs physio?
If you are at all concerned, please contact your vet in the first instance.
However, there may be signs like: a change in behaviour; reluctance to move in certain ways; change of posture; restlessness; licking/gnawing themselves; being more vocal; excessive drooling; toileting accidents; reluctance to being touched; limping
How do I prepare for an appointment?

Please read the T&Cs and ensure you have returned all relevant form(s) in full.
On the day, please ensure there is plenty of space in a clear & dry area where you would like the appointment to take place. Please take any prescribed medication as normal. For human patients, please wear loose fitting clothing as the problem area may need to be exposed for assessment
Can I change or cancel an appointment?

Living Free Physiotherapy appreciates emergencies happen, however we ask that you appreciate a small business. Therefore, the rescheduling/cancellation window is 48 hours notice prior to the original appointment, otherwise the full charge of the session stands
How many appointments will I/my pet need?
This is difficult to estimate as each case is very different. Appointments will be based on what is clinically necessary, but with your wishes taken in full consideration.
One of the aims of the Living Free Physiotherapy service is to equip you with the tools for self-management, where you can live and move more freely longer-term
Can I pay through insurance?​
Please read the T&Cs.
Payments will be taken in advance to secure each appointment. It is the responsibility of the client to make claims directly through their insurers, so please check your policy details beforehand. Living Free Physiotherapy can issue receipts on request via e-mail, to support your claim
